سياسة الخصوصية لموقعنا

يوضح هذا البيان (سياسة الخصوصية) ما نفعله ببيانات الطلبة الشخصية التي نتلقاها من خلال الخدمات التعليمية وكيف يمكن للطلبة المسجلين في دورة مقدمة من DYP ممارسة حقوقهم فيها:
ــ تعريف بالتطبيق:
DYP هي مؤسسة تعليمية تُعنى بالتعلم عبر الإنترنت.
ــ الجهة المسؤولة عن التطبيق:
يعود ملكية الموقع الى السيد محمد ضياء طعمه.
ــ الفئات المستهدفة:
جمهورنا المستهدف من عمر ال 6 سنوات وما فوق.
ــ المعلومات التي نجمعها عنك وسبب جمعها من خلال تسجيل حساب في DYP وبدوره استخدام خدماتنا، سنجمع منك المعلومات التالية (“البيانات الشخصية”):
ــ اسمك الثلاثي.
ــ عنوان بريدك الإلكتروني أو رقم المحمول.
ــ توصيف عمل التطبيق:
تتمحور فكرة التطبيق حول تقديم دورات تعليمية للطلاب بكافة المراحل الدراسية، ودورات تنموية تحت أشهر المجالات التعليمية، وتتضمن الدورات شرح تفصيلي مع امثلة عملية عن اي موضوع يتم عرضه في التطبيق، حيث ان الدورات مقسمة حسب المستوى التعليمي وحسب المواضيع المتاحة.
ــ حقوق المستخدم ومسؤولياته وآليات حماية الخصوصية:
ــ أن موقع “DYP” لا يقوم بجمع أو نشر أو مشاركة أو معالجة أي معلومات شخصية.
ــ لا يحق للمستخدم القيام بأي مما يأتي:
1ــ استخراج رخصة فرعيّة من الرخصة الممنوحة له، أو توزيعها تجاريّاً، أو مشاركتها مع أي طرف ثالث دون الحصول على موافقة خطيّة مُسبقة من الجهة المالكة للتطبيق.
2ــ نسخ أو توزيع أو إعادة إنتاج أو تأجير أو إعارة أو إقراض أو إعادة ترخيص أي جزء من أجزاء التطبيق أو المحتوى أو كلاهما.
3ــ الاستخدام أو الاستفادة من التطبيق، أو أي جزء منه، لأية أغراض تجاريّة، بما في ذلك أي عمليات مبيعات، أو إعلانات، أو أنشطة تسويق، أو رعاية، أو أي حملات ترويجيّة تجاريّة أُخرى، أو جميعهم دون الحصول على موافقة خطيّة وصريحة حول ذلك من الجهة المالكة للتطبيق.
4ــ الإخلال بحقوق الملكيّة الفكريّة للتطبيق وكافة مكوناته.
5ــ استخدام التطبيق لغير الغاية المُعد من أجلِها.
ــ حقوق الجهة المسؤولة عن التطبيق:
1ــ هذا التطبيق ومحتواه محمي من النشر والنسخ من قبل أي شخص تحت طائلة المُساءلة القانونيّة بموجب أحكام قانون حماية حقوق المؤلف والحقوق المجاورة الصادر بالمرسوم التشريعي رقم (٦٢) لعام ٢٠١٣م.
2ــ تحتفظ الجهة المالكة للتطبيق أو الأطراف التي ترخصها أو كلاهما وموردوها بحقوق الطبع والنشر الخاصة بالتطبيق والمحتوى. وبموجب هذه الاتفاقيّة فإن المستخدم يوافق ويؤكد على أن التطبيق والمحتوى يشتملان على مواد محفوظة بقوانين حقوق الملكيّة وحقوق النشر، وأن تصميم وهيكل التطبيق فضلاً عن كل عنصر من العناصر التي تم تجميعها ضمن المحتوى يحتوي على قيمة تجارية ومواد محميّة بقوانين حقوق الطبع والنشر وغيرهم من حقوق الملكيّة الفكريّة المملوكة حصرياً للجهة المالكة والشركات التي ترخصها.
ــ الإجراءات التي ستتخذها الجهة في حال مخالفة المستخدم لساسة الاستخدام:
1ــ إن أي استخدام للتطبيق بشكل يتعارض مع شروط وقواعد الاستخدام المسموح بها ووفق الأنظمة والقوانين السارية في الجمهوريّة العربيّة السوريّة تحمّل المستخدم المسؤوليّة الكاملة عن تلك الأفعال ولا تتحمل الجهة صاحبة التطبيق أو المطورة له أي مسؤوليّة قانونيّة جرّاء ذلك.
2ــ يجوز لنا إنهاء أو تعليق وصولك على الفور، دون إشعار مسبق أو مسؤولية، لأي سبب من الأسباب، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر إذا انتهكت هذه الشروط والأحكام. عند الإنهاء، سيتوقف حقك في استخدام الخدمة على الفور.
ــ تعديل سياسة الاستخدام:
1ــ باستثناء الحد الذي تقتضيه القوانين المعمول بها، نحتفظ بحق تحديث سياسة الاستخدام لتعكس التغيُّرات التي تطرأ على التطبيق والخدمات التي يُقدمها.
2ــ سوف تقوم الجهة المسؤولة عن الموقع ببلاغكم قبل أسبوع في حال اتخاذ قرار في تعديل سياسة الاستخدام.

privacy policy

This Statement (Privacy Policy) explains what we do with the personal data of students we receive through the Educational Services and how students enrolled in a course provided by DYP can exercise their rights to it:
ــDefinition of the application: DYP is an educational institution concerned with online learning.
ــThe entity responsible for the application: The site is owned by Mr. Mohamad Diaa Touma.
ــTarget Groups: Our target audience is 6 years of age and older.
ــInformation we collect about you and why we collect it by registering an account with DYP and in turn using our services, we will collect the following information from you (“Personal Data”).
Your triple name.
Your email address or mobile number.
ــApplication work description:
The idea of the application revolves around providing educational courses for students at all academic levels, and developmental courses under the most famous educational fields, and the courses include a detailed explanation with practical examples of any topic that is presented in the application, as the courses are divided according to the educational level and according to the available topics.
User Rights and Responsibilities and Privacy Protection Mechanisms:
DYP does not collect, publish, share or process any personal information.
ــThe user is not entitled to do any of the following:
1_ extracting a sub-license from the license granted to him, distributing it commercially, or sharing it with any third party without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of the application.
2_ copy, distribute, reproduce, rent, loan, loan, or relicense any part of the App, the Content, or both.
3_ Use or benefit from the application, or any part of it, for any commercial purposes, including any sales, advertising, marketing activities, sponsorships, or any other commercial promotional campaigns, or all of them without obtaining the express written consent of the owner of the application.
4_ Violation of the intellectual property rights of the application and all its components.
5_ Use the application for purposes other than that for which it was intended. ــRights of the entity responsible for the application:
1_ this application and its content are protected from publication and copying by any person under penalty of legal accountability under the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Copyright and Related Rights promulgated by Legislative Decree No. 62 of 2013
2_ the owner of the application or its licensors or both and their suppliers retain the copyright of the application and the content. Under this agreement, the user agrees and confirms that the application and content include material reserved by copyright and copyright laws, and that the design and structure of the application as well as each of the elements assembled within the content contains commercial value and materials protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property rights owned exclusively by the owner and its licensors.
ــActions to be taken by the entity in the event that the user violates the usage policy:
1_ Any use of the application in a manner contrary to the terms and rules of use allowed and in accordance with the regulations and laws in force in the Syrian Arab Republic holds the user fully responsible for those acts and the owner of the application or the developer does not bear any legal responsibility as a result.
2_ we may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to if you breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
ــModification of Usage Policy:
1_ except to the extent required by applicable laws, we reserve the right to update the Usage Policy to reflect changes in the Application and the services it provides.
2_ the authority responsible for the site will notify you one week in advance in the event of a decision to amend the usage policy.
